By downloading, installing, or using Lockify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and It Is Unique Official ("Developer"). By using Lockify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lockify for personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices you own or control.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use Lockify to protect apps on your own device
  • Configure settings and credentials for personal use
  • Share the app's Play Store listing with others

4. Prohibited Use

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
  • Using the App for illegal purposes
  • Distributing modified versions of the App
  • Using the App to harm, harass, or surveil others without consent
  • Attempting to bypass or circumvent the App's security features

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lockify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. App locking functionality depends on Android system permissions and device behavior, which may vary across manufacturers and OS versions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Lockify, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or security breaches resulting from misuse or device-level vulnerabilities.

7. Security Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Lockify credentials secure. The Developer is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from weak credentials, device compromise, or sharing your device with others.

8. Updates

The Developer may update the App at any time. Updates may change features, fix bugs, or improve security. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using Lockify at any time by uninstalling it. The Developer may discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Developer's location.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
